Why: Partygoers to A Zoo Ado presented by Wells Fargo Advisors celebrated the Caribbean flamingo with Flamingo Fling at the Zoo. The preliminary gross revenue raised was $488,000 which benefits the Saint Louis Zoo and its conservation efforts both at the Zoo and around the world. More than 2,500 people pre-registered to attend.

Highlights:There was plenty of pink, feather boas, and other flamingo-inspired attire at the creative-casual party. Guests exercised their flamingo-like flexibility by getting low with the limbo.
The night was just right for dancing under the summer moon. Dr. Zhivegas, Fat Pocket and DJ Raven Fox provided the tunes.
There was a fabulous silent auction with items ranging from animal-inspired jewelry to vacations, theater, concerts and sports tickets, artwork, golf packages and more.
