  • What: St. Louis Zoo - A Zoo Ado presented by Wells Fargo Advisors When: June 15, 2012 Where: St. Louis Zoo Why: Partygoers to A Zoo Ado presented by Wells Fargo Advisors celebrated the Caribbean flamingo with Flamingo Fling at the Zoo. The preliminary gross revenue raised was $488,000 which benefits the Saint Louis Zoo and its conservation efforts both at the Zoo and around the world. More than 2,500 people pre-registered to attend. Who: Joe and Marcia Ambrose, Lynn and Doug Yaeger, Zoo President & CEO Dr. Jeffrey Bonner and Melody Noel. Melody also served on the A Zoo Ado committee. Hon. James Conway, Chair of Saint Louis Zoo Commission, and wife, Joan. There was a fabulous silent auction with items ranging from animal-inspired jewelry to vacations, theater, concerts and sports tickets, artwork, golf packages and more.
